Currently, I am a postdoc in the topology group of Prof. Dr. W. Lück at the department of mathematics of the WWU Münster.

My research interests include the investigation of simplicial volume, bounded cohomology, l^1-homology, and L^2-invariants.

In the SS2009, I am the Assistent for the course/seminar Algebraische Geometrie II of Prof. Dr. S. Bosch , and together with other members of the Topology Group I organize the Seminar Topologie . Moreover, I organise the block on exotic aspherical manifolds in the Oberseminar Topologie .

In the WS2008/2009, I am the Assistent for the course/seminar Algebraische Geometrie I of Prof. Dr. S. Bosch , and together with PD Dr. M. Joachim I organise the seminar Diskrete Geometrie und Kombinatorik -- ein topologischer Zugang .

In the SS2008, PD Dr. M. Joachim and I organise the Seminar zur geometrischen Gruppentheorie ,
I am the Assistent for the course Algebra II of Prof. Dr. S. Bosch ,
and together with other members of the Topology Group I organize the Seminar Topologie .

In the WS2007/2008, I am the Assistent for the course Algebra I of Prof. Dr. S. Bosch .
Moreover, together with PD Dr. M. Joachim I organise the Seminar Topologie .

In the WS2005/2006, I was a tutor for the Seminar zur Theorie der Lie-Gruppen at the WWU.

In the WS2004/2005, I was a tutor for the algebra course at the WWU.
